Q: What time is event set-up and tear down?
A: Set up runs from 2:00pm to 4:00pm. Tear down runs from 9:00pm to midnight.
Q: What are the exhibit floor hours?
A: The exhibit space will be open from 4:00pm until 9:00pm.
Q: What exhibit materials are provided?
A: Each exhibit booth is 10' x 10' and consists of one 3' x 8' booth draping, one 8' skirted display table, two folding chairs, one wastebasket, and one 7" x44" booth ID sign. Other exhibit booth options are available, contact us to discuss the possibilities.
Q: How does my vehicle need to be prepped prior to entering the facility?
A: All vehicles displayed in the facility need to be prepared accordingly:
- All battery cables are to be disconnected and taped so as to avoid any possiblity of emission of sparks therefrom;
- All gasoline tanks are to register in the Empty or E range on their gauges by order of the City of Novi Fire Marshall;
- In the event draining of tanks and refueling must be completed outside the facility. Fuel is to be removed or dispensed only with saftey equipment approved by Rock FInancial Showplace;
- All gasoline tanks must be sealed with a locking type gasoline cap. If such a cap is not available, the tank must be sealed in accordance with all federal, state, and municipal fire and safety regulations.
Q: Is WI FI available?
A: WI FI is available in the facility.
Q: Can we store crates or other packaging materials in the Expo hall?
A: All crates, packaging, and related materials must be removed from the Expo hall prior to the beginning of the show period.
Q: Can we tape items to the wall or floor of the facility?
A: Using any unauthorized tape or adhesive substance on any surface within the facility is strictly prohibited. Duct tape, plastic double sided tape, or masking tape are specifically prohibited. Only cloth backed carpet tape is allowed and is available for purchase from the Service Desk during move in hours.
