Q: How do I get to the Expo?
A: The Expo takes place in the Diamond Center Ballroom at the Rock Financial Showcase, conveniently located at 46100 Grand River Ave. in Novi between Taft and Beck roads, Grand River, and I-96. For directions and a map, click here, or call Rock Financial Showcase at 248.348.5600 choice #2 to hear how you can get to the site from different locations.
Q: Is there a parking fee at the Expo?
A: There is no charge for parking at the MCT Expo.
Q: Are there wheelchairs available at the Expo?
A: Yes. The Rock Financial Showcase has manual wheelchairs for use at no charge. You need to make arrangement with Box Office personnel. You will need to leave an ID or something of value to secure the wheelchair. Rock Financial Showcase does not reserve wheelchairs in advance. It is first come, first served.
Q: Is there smoking allowed inside the Expo hall?
A: The Rock Financial Showcase is a non-smoking facility. Smoking is permitted outside.
Q: Can I bring my pet with me to the Expo?
A: As a general rule, there are no pets allowed in the Expo.
Q: Are lockers, strollers, or coat check available?
A: There are no lockers, strollers, or coat check available at this time.
Q: What does it cost to attend?
A: The Public Expo costs $10/person. The awards gala costs $125/person.
Q: When is the Expo open?
A: The Public Expo runs from noon to 5 pm. The Awards Gala runs from 6 to 9 pm.
Q: Are advanced ticket purchases required?
A: Tickets for the Public Expo can be purchased in advance online, or at the door. Tickets for the Awards Expo must be purchased in advance of the event.
